Simplified Real Estate makes sense and saves you money!

We offer 3 listing plans:

• Simplified Fee: $495
• Simplified Fee Plus: $495 plus $1500 at closing
• Simplified Traditional: 2% of the sales price at closing

For the buyer we offer up to 33% of our commission back (based on the purchase price). So, a $100,000 home means $1,000 goes back to you.
