We show you the listings you want to see, write the offer, advise after the inspections, negotiate repairs, coordinate the loan process and appraisals. Then, you will receive a check after closing for 33% of our commission. If the house is $100,000 you will get a check for $1,000!
Why do we do this? After years of paying those commissions to a BIG NAME broker we decided that was enough. We would rather give that money to you, the buyer and seller.
